On November 20, 2025, Vladimir Alexandrovich Storozhev (Сторожев Владимир Александрович), Vice Rector of Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU, hereinafter referred to as “MSLU”), and Nikita Arturovich Kocharyan (Кочарьян Никита Артурович), Project Manager of the International Department, visited SIGI for an exchange forum.

Both sides mutually introduced their development orientation, distinctive strengths and key programs. Vice Rector Storozhev highlighted MSLU's academic advantages in the training of diplomatic talents, innovation in language education, and Global South studies, expressing the hope of deepening cooperation with SIGI in relevant professional fields and jointly expanding academic exchange and practical platforms.
In-depth and pragmatic discussions were conducted on issues including experts exchanges, student exchanges, joint training of international governance talents, thematic collaborative research, and co-hosted academic activities, with consensus reached by both sides. The two sides will jointly promote credit recognition and internship support, continuously expand collaborative innovation in fields such as international governance and Global South cooperation, and jointly cultivate outstanding young professionals with multilateral governance capabilities and cross-cultural communication skills.
