二、参会学生感想

感谢留基委组织的联合国机构宣讲咨询活动，这次活动不仅让我进一步了解了世界粮食计划署和联合国粮食及农业组织的主要职能和愿景使命，更让我清楚了申请国际组织实习所需具备的能力和素质，以及在申请过程中需要注重的诸多细节，如motivation statement撰写的主要方向和面试问答时的主要逻辑框架等。非常感谢活动主办方，期待今后能举办更多此类宣讲咨询活动，让更多愿意奉献自己那一份光与热的中国青年离梦想更进一步！

作为一名有志于国际组织工作的国际治理创新研究院学生，此次联合国机构宣讲咨询活动对我来说是一次非常宝贵的深入了解国际组织实习的机会，非常感谢活动主办方国家留学基金委提供的平台。我感受最深的就是语言能力和视野是胜任国际组织工作缺一不可的要素。国际组织面向全球各国各地区服务，仅仅会英语和汉语是完全不够的，我们还需要学习其他联合国官方语言。此外，我们的视野也要契合国际组织，着眼于可持续发展的未来。通过这次宣讲会，我对于国际组织的胜任力要求更加清晰，也更加坚定内心，要成为一个胸怀天下、为人类事业献策献力的有志青年。

通过参与第三届联合国机构的宣讲咨询活动，我对世界粮食计划署（WFP）和联合国粮食及农业组织（FAO）的基本情况、宗旨、主要工作职责、以及人才需求和职位信息等有了一个系统的了解，更加清楚地认识到自己作为新时代青年肩负的责任和使命不仅是实现个人理想，更重要的是为国家，为人民，为世界贡献自己的力量，让世界变得更美好。同时，我也意识到自己还有许多不足，并立志在今后的学习和工作中努力提升完善自己。

At the 3rd UN Job Fair, I know more about the United Nations Organizations, especially the WFP and the FAO, and how to prepare for the application for UN Stations. Since achieving the SDGs is the common pursuit of all the UNOs, the UN staff should be passionately interested in their career. The UN will give equal opportunities to people around the world, as long as he/she is qualified, in spite of their educational background. Now I have a deeper understanding of the nature of the stations and the requirements of UNOs, so I have an explicit direction to develop my core power. The existence of UNOs is of great significance to the common development and progress of mankind, which is a career that I would like to pursue all my life.

5. 2021级学生 胡紫玉

I feel fortunate and honored to have this opportunity to participate in the 3rd UN Job Fair as a member of the staff team. This is the first time I get the opportunity to meet with UN HR officers and listen to them speak about their organizations. Through this job fair, I deeply felt that the purpose of the United Nations to maintain international peace and security and deliver humanitarian aid is not just a slogan, but a lofty cause: people from different countries and races get together to work for one common goal.

At the same time, I get a better understanding of the abilities and skills required of a UN intern and know how I can better prepare for the application. Although this job fair was ended, I hope that it will not be a period, but a new beginning for us to work towards the goal of being a member of international organizations. It is my dream and I will strive for it.
